Minutes by secretary-Kathy, read in, motion to approve  minutes Tammy 2nd Red carried.

Treasurers report-Heidi, checkbook $6082.88 savings $109.40 few outstanding bills, loan balance $4000.00  Motion to approve by Tammy 2nd Kathy carried.

Old Business  

Pistol & Rifle Range: A work in progress. Mark Rasmussen and a few others are helping with the project.

Arrowhead: Saturday July 12th, will have trap & skeet, 50 bird shoot with top gun, will sell $100 raffle tickets, splatter boards, dice games, food and beverage will be available.  Donations of beans and baked goods from several ladies. The youth score keepers will be there to work.  Shooting can start around 8am the contest around 11am and last til around 3pm..

Bylaws: Questions were asked as to how we handle memberships ie: when a person pays late are the dues prorated or is it for next year.  Usually membership dues are due at the annual meeting in April for the next season.  If they are paid after the trap season it would be for the next year.  Former members address labels, membership cards and email addresses are kept on file if they choose to rejoin or if they are a life time member that is inactive in the club.  The club has around 150 members inactive and active in the club, that would include single, family, and organizations.

New Business:

The Cable Lions club asked if they could use five of the new picnic tables out at the park for July 4th.  Motion by Red 2nd John that the club could use the tables as long as they picked them up and dropped them off

Next meeting we need to discuss the pig roast.
